Philly Marketing Labs Expands to Chicago

Wayne-based Philly Marketing Labs announced its acquisition of a Chicago-based paid search business headed by well-known Google Adwords expert Kim Clinkunbroomer. Kim was designated by Google as an original Top Contributor to the Google Adwords Forum and she is one of only 13 Top Contributors in the US today. She has been working with online advertisers through Clinks Web Service since 1999 and will now assume the role of Executive Vice President of Paid Search for Philly Marketing Labs.
The acquisition will add six new, national clients to the already growing Philly Marketing Labs portfolio. “My business has been growing and I need a team that can help me take it to the next level. PML has the vision, skills and results-driven culture to amplify my existing business” says Clinkunbroomer.
“Our clients are seeking insight into the latest search advertising advances in areas such as Managed Placement, Remarketing and the Display Network. Clinks Web Service provides world class insights into paid search management. Furthermore, this business is an excellent cultural fit with ours,” according to Philly Marketing Labs co-founder, Bechara Jaoudeh.
Clinks Web Service will maintain its existing presence as a Philly Marketing Labs company in the short term. Both companies will continue their commitment to their existing clients in addition to their expectations that the combined company will provide deeper expertise and multi-channel strategies moving forward. Additional details about the transaction were not released.
